Most creative ventures are a house of cards.

I build the kind that stands.

I build the infrastructure behind creative culture. You bring the vision... I build the system underneath it, so pulling one card doesn't bring the whole thing down.

Who I work with

Rich in vision. Short on infrastructure.

Creative founders, event collectives, community ventures, and independent media... a lot of them Black and queer creatives building for their own people. Plus the teams and institutions that want culture done right.

Work with me

Pick a card.

Three ways in, one suit each. Every one's an ace, and the same philosophy sits behind all three... take the vision seriously, then build the thing that makes it last.

Systems

Mavrix

Creative vision, operating system included.

  • A blueprint of how your thing actually runs
  • Templates, boards, and workflows your team owns

  • A handoff, so it stands without me in the room

  • A run of show, down to the cue

In the works

Jazzy Christmas in NYC, and Jazzy Band Camp, an adult music camp coming summer 2027.

How it's built

From the ground up.

I came up booking guests for TV, where nothing goes live without a run of show. Same here. Four squares, start to finish, and you always know where your piece is on the board.

    The intro call

Thirty minutes. You tell me the vision, and I listen for the system hiding inside it.

  2. 02

    The blueprint

I map the baseline format, every asset it needs, and one point person for each piece.

  3. 03

    The build

Templates, boards, workflows, and timelines, stacked in the tools you already use.

  4. 04

    The keys

The house stands without me holding it up. That's the whole point.

Credits

Hands I've played.

The medium keeps changing. The move stays the same. The suits show which card each one backs up.

About

The medium shifts. The philosophy doesn't.

I started out booking guests for TV. That job taught me the magic on screen only happens because somebody built the machine behind it. I've been building that machine ever since... for marketing teams, event collectives, a magazine, and artists who hate pitching themselves.

Most creatives I meet have a beautiful house of cards. One late vendor, one burnt out founder, and it's on the floor. So I build the structure with them. The night becomes a series, the idea becomes a business, and nobody carries it alone.
